Prior to Weston Consulting, Paul worked for 33-years for InterContinental Hotels as Director of Finance & Business Support, and had the opportunity to live and work in 10 different cities around the world in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America.
Paul became CEO at Weston Consulting in January 2021, after joining the firm in January 2020 as Vice President Strategy & Development. He brings a wealth of experience from a successful 37-year career in the management and hospitality industry. Paul’s strong analytical skills and diverse business experience helped steer Weston Consulting though the COVID-19 crisis, and drive strategic growth during a difficult time.
He is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the firm. Under Paul’s guidance and strategic planning, Weston Consulting is cementing its reputation while continuing to grow with a Teams Structure based on geographical expertise led by Vice Presidents and a strong Urban Design Department, all supported by our Proposal Team and experienced Finance and Administration Team.
Outside of work Paul relaxes by trying to improve his jazz piano skills, with varying degrees of success, and attempting to beat his personal best times after successfully completing his first marathon at age 55, to many people’s surprise.
