Sandra holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies and Master’s of Environmental Studies (Planning) from York University. She is a Registered Professional Planner with the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and Full Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.
Sandra commenced her career with Weston Consulting in 2005, where she established herself as a land use and development planner in the GTA, with a specific focus within the regional municipalities of York and Peel. Sandra works with a diverse range of clients to secure development approvals on a variety of residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects. Her expertise is land acquisition investigations, analysis of land use options, land compensation and expropriations, as well as growing her management portfolio of Landowner Groups.
As a Vice President, Sandra oversees a team that works on a range of development and planning projects in York, Peel, and Halton Regions. She is responsible for business development activities, employee recruitment, training and development, performance appraisals, and growth management strategies to support the continued growth and success of the firm.
