Backing onto the Humber River valleylands, the development at 7082 Islington Avenue provides a picturesque tower in the park development with views into the City of Toronto and onto the Humber River valley corridor. Located just north of Steeles Avenue, the project is situated in an area of transition within the City of Vaughan that will be home to a vibrant and growing community.

The development consists of 4 residential high-rise towers, low-rise townhouses, an on-site park and private amenity space and public trail access to the adjacent valleylands. The park includes amenities such as a half basketball court, bocce court and dog park, while the public trail offers passive recreational space and connection to Vaughan larger super trail system that connects the greenspaces within the City.

Weston Consulting facilitated the approval of Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments as well as the Plan of Subdivision for the development.
