This project exemplifies an ideal for mid-rise mixed-use development, which can contribute to a vibrant streetscape and is compatible with the adjacent low rise residential neighbourhood context. The building contains a unique architectural style, designed by award winning firm Teeple Architects, which will move towards revitalizing an under-utilized site.

Weston Consulting is the planning consultant for this mid-rise, mixed-use project located on the north side of Sheppard Avenue, just east of Yonge Street. The 6 storey building contains 22 residential units and approximately 365 square metres of floor area for the ‘Eyes on Sheppard” optometry clinic on the ground floor.

We facilitated the development applications for this project including a Site Plan Approval and an amendment to the Secondary Plan and Zoning By-law.
