The project, known as Origami, features a strikingly unique design from Teeple Architects. This approval of a7-storey, 24-unit mixed-use building at the south west corner of Bathurst and Wolseley Streets is a landmark development just north of Queen Street in the City of Toronto.
The application process proved difficult due to complexities and site constraints. However, the result was a feature design that marks the intersection of Bathurst and Wolseley Streets and contributes to the high-quality public realm and pedestrian interface.
Weston Consulting provided planning services through the application process of Zoning By-Law Amendment, Draft Plan of Condominium and Site Plan Approval.
